How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your VexaScribe account and all associated data, please send an email to:
Please include "Account Deletion Request" in your subject line and the email address associated with your account.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
Account Information
Email address, profile data, and account settings
Transcriptions
All transcription files and text content you've created
Audio Files
All uploaded audio and video files stored in our system
Subscription Data
Billing history and subscription information (active subscriptions will be cancelled)
Deletion Timeline
Within 30 Days
We will process your deletion request and permanently remove all your data from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Important Notes
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Active subscriptions will be cancelled. Make sure to download any transcriptions you want to keep before requesting deletion.
Legal retention may apply. We may retain certain data for legal compliance (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention) as required by law.
Just Want to Cancel Your Subscription?
If you only want to cancel your subscription but keep your account and data, you can do that from your billing page:
